About the Role:
KLM Axiva Finvest Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee regional operations, strengthen branch performance, ensure process compliance, and drive operational excellence across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of branches across the assigned region.
Monitor branch processes, operational efficiency, portfolio quality, and collections.
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Lead, guide, and support branch teams to achieve operational objectives.
Identify operational gaps and implement effective corrective measures.
Coordinate with Head Office and other departments for smooth business operations.
Conduct regular branch visits and monitor compliance and performance.
Education: Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PG qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience & Skills:
5+ years of relevant experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
