Ensure number of charts in batch equals to total received from clients.
Undertakes denial follow-up and appeals work wherever required.
Received and reviewed charge documents from sites.
Ensured charge information provided is acceptable and perfect.
Abstracted CPT-4 and ICD-9-CM from medical records.
Interpreted medical records and assigned suitable diagnostic and procedural codes.
