We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented Planning Engineer with experience in industrial construction projects. The candidate should have expertise in AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, tendering, drawing interpretation, and Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare project plans, schedules, and construction activity timelines.
Prepare and review BOQs, quantity estimations, and cost-related documentation.
Handle tendering activities, including technical documentation and tender submissions.
Read and interpret civil, structural, and engineering drawings.
Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and reinforcement quantities.
Coordinate with site teams, project managers, and design teams for project planning and execution.
Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify delays.
Prepare progress reports, quantity statements, and other project-related documents.
Ensure planning activities comply with project specifications and technical requirements.
Provide technical support for industrial construction projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in industrial construction.
Robust working knowledge of AutoCAD and drawing interpretation.
Expertise in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and tendering.
Positive knowledge of BBS preparation and reinforcement detailing.
Strong technical understanding of civil and structural construction.
Proficiency in MS Excel and project documentation.
Good coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate: Candidates with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in industrial construction planning. Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
