We have a requirement for Netowrk Planner for Isha Life, Coimbatore. Please find below the Job responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate end-to-end product development activities, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple projects. Owner of the timelines.
Coordinate closely with Product Development, Packaging, Artwork & Design, Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing/Operations, and external vendors.
Maintain project plans, trackers, dashboards, and status reports, ensuring explicit visibility of progress, priorities, risks, and critical timelines.
Drive timely completion of activities and approvals through structured follow-ups and effective stakeholder coordination.
Identify interdependencies, bottlenecks, and potential delays; proactively escalate issues and support teams in resolving them.
Coordinate with vendors for samples, prototypes, packaging components, development inputs, and other project requirements, where applicable.
Ensure smooth handoffs between different stages of the product development process and alignment on specifications and timelines.




Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on critical-path activities and launch timelines.
Support process improvements to strengthen product development planning, tracking, communication, and execution.

Skills and Competencies
Strong cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Excellent planning, organization, follow-up, and execution capabilities.
Strong understanding of product development / NPD workflows and stage-gate or milestone-based processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.
Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
Transparent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
Robust proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage
