Responsible for paint preparation, quality inspection, and ensuring proper finishing of modular kitchen components.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and mix paint as per specifications.
Inspect paint quality, colour, finish, and durability.
Identify defects and minimize rework.
Maintain paint records, safety, and housekeeping.
Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or relevant technical qualification.
2–4 years of experience in paint quality inspection, preferably in furniture, modular kitchens, or wood manufacturing.
Knowledge of paint application and finishing processes.
