Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace & Operations Executive to manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including vendor coordination, inventory management, online marketplace listings, sales, and order dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify operations, including product listings and pricing.
Coordinate with artisans and vendors for procurement, product quality, and payments.
Maintain inventory, SKU codes, ERP records, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Create product images, banners, and listing creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Process orders, manage returns and refunds, and ensure timely dispatch.
Prepare sales reports, stock reports, and monthly MIS.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
