upervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor
Ensure production targets, efficiency, and quality standards are achieved
Enforce strict safety procedures, especially for handling lead and hazardous materials
Monitor workers’ use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Maintain compliance with environmental and health regulations
Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and materials effectively
Identify and resolve production issues or bottlenecks
Maintain production reports and records
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams
Train and guide operators and technicians
Implement continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing, waste reduction)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
