DISCRIPTION DETAILS:
Handling the injection molding team and production processes to ensure efficiency and high quality.
Maintaining and troubleshooting injection molding equipment to ensure uninterrupted production.
Developing and implementing production schedules to meet customer demands.
Training and mentoring current employees and ensuring they follow protected working practices.
Managing inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
Mutually working with other departments and sort out the issues
Working with all shifts to ensure smooth transitions and communications.
Completing daily reports for production and reporting it on-time.
Doing analysis with problem solving techniques and prepare reports for review meeting.
Conducting Daily review meeting and fixing weekly target to shift engineers.
Basic Knowledge in Problem solving techniques
Basic Knowledge of Maintenance -MTBF /MTTR
Basic Knowledge of Maintenance documents
Basic Knowledge of ISO9001 & IATF 16949
Understanding the sub accessories of Molding machines (MTC, Chiller, Robot & Dryer)
Understanding the basic knowledge of Plastics used in Automobile industry.
Can able to troubleshoot the issues due to Raw materials.
