Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain progressive press tools for sheet metal components.
Set up press machines, adjust parameters, and ensure smooth production runs.
Conduct tool changeovers, alignments, and minor troubleshooting.
Perform in-process inspection to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working workplace.
Support preventive maintenance activities for press tools and machines.
Collaborate with quality and production teams to meet daily targets.

Required Skills & Competencies
Hands-on experience in progressive tool operation (15 years).
Knowledge of press machine setup, tool alignment, and safety practices.




Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Dial Gauge).
Basic understanding of tool maintenance and troubleshooting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Tool & Die, or related field.
Candidates with progressive tool press shop experience preferred.

Employment Details
Job Type: Full time, Company payroll
Salary Range: 20,000 30,000 per month
