Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily aggregate crushing plant operations.
Monitor production targets and aggregate quality.
Manage workers, operators, and shift activities.
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of plant machinery.
Follow workplace safety procedures.
Coordinate with management for smooth plant operations.
Required Experience: 2–5 years in a stone crusher, quarry, or aggregate plant. Preferred Skills: Plant operations, manpower management, production monitoring, and basic machinery troubleshooting.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
