Guest Relation Executive:

· Provide explicit counseling to patients and attenders regarding treatment plans, procedures, estimated costs, and next steps, ensuring full understanding and confidence.

· Support patients from admission to discharge, ensuring a smooth, confusion-free experience across departments.

· Build trust and maintain a positive relationship with patients and families, especially in ICU/emergency scenarios.

· Act as the first point of contact for patient issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns quickly.

· Assist in discharge coordination, ensure clarity in billing communication, and avoid last-minute confusion or delays.

· Collect structured feedback (Like google review, Photo and video feedback) before discharge and report insights to management for service improvement.

Work closely with doctors, nurses, billing, and admin teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
