Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product development, from concept, sampling and costing to final product launch.
Conduct market and consumer research to understand customer needs, market trends and competitor offerings.
Manage the product portfolio, including pricing, positioning, launches and product lifecycle.
Monitor demand planning, inventory levels and SKU availability to ensure optimum stock levels.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Supply Chain, Design and Marketing teams for smooth product development and execution.
Track sales, margins and product performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
Identify opportunities for Recent Product Development (NPD) and develop current products/categories to drive business growth.




Support product innovation by identifying emerging consumer trends and market opportunities.
