Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Sales
Conduct market research, identify potential clients, and generate leads through LinkedIn, online platforms, and business directories.
Support sales outreach, maintain lead databases, follow up with prospects, and assist in client coordination and business development activities.
Human Resources & Administration
Assist in recruitment, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and onboarding activities.
Maintain candidate and employee records, update HR documentation, track attendance, and support daily HR administrative activities.
