We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team and take ownership of product requirements, backlog management, and coordination between business and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and strong communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and understand business and customer requirements.
Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs/PRDs and product documentation.
Prioritize and maintain the product backlog based on business value.
Work closely with developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders.
Coordinate sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
Track product development progress using tools such as Jira.
Communicate requirements clearly to the technical team.
Collect feedback from stakeholders and customers and convert it into product improvements.
Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Ensure features are delivered according to business requirements and timelines.
Requirements
1+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Associate Product Owner, or similar role.
Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience working with Jira or similar project management tools.
Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
Valuable understanding of user stories and acceptance criteria.
Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
Robust communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
