Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, Oracle Payroll, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). The candidate should have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support across multiple Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
Conduct business workshops and gather client requirements.
Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Core HR, Payroll, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) modules.
Prepare functional design documents, setup documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
Configure enterprise structures, legal entities, business units, positions, jobs, grades, and workforce structures.
Configure payroll elements, balances, quick formulas, payroll processing, costing, and statutory requirements.
Configure recruitment lifecycle including requisitions, candidate experience, offer management, and onboarding processes.
Support data migration activities and validate migrated data.
Perform SIT, UAT testing and support defect resolution.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions.
Provide production support and recommend process improvements.




Mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales activities as required.

Functional Expertise
Solid hands-on experience in:
Oracle Fusion Core HR
Oracle Fusion Payroll
Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.
Knowledge of Payroll Fast Formula and HDL/HSDL processes.
Experience with security configuration and role-based access controls.
Exposure to Absence Management and Advantages will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, HR, or related field.
Oracle Fusion HCM certifications preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong client-facing and consulting experience.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
Experience in global implementation projects preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
