We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Executive / PPC Specialist who can manage paid campaigns and drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
Manage lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
Perform keyword research, audience targeting & campaign analysis
Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CPA, ROAS and improve ROI
Setup and analyze conversion tracking using GA4 / Google Tag Manager
Prepare campaign reports and performance insights
Coordinate with content, design and client teams
Requirements
1.5 - 3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / PPC
Robust experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
Positive understanding of campaign optimization and analytics
Experience with lead generation campaigns preferred
Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and tracking setup will be an advantage
Valuable analytical and communication skills
Digital marketing agency experience preferred
Salary ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills & experience)
