Multiflo Instruments Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and organized Office & Accounts Assistant to support our day-to-day accounts, documentation, customer communication, and office administration activities.
Key Responsibilities
Basic accounting and bookkeeping
Preparing invoices, quotations and other commercial documents
Maintaining purchase and sales records
Bank-related documentation and payment follow-ups
Maintaining expense records and petty cash
Coordination with CA/accountant for GST, TDS and other statutory requirements
Answering incoming office/customer calls and directing them to the concerned person
Handling basic customer/vendor communication and follow-ups
Maintaining customer/vendor records and filing documents
General office administration and correspondence
Assisting with import/export and logistics documentation when required
Candidate Requirements
B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred
Basic knowledge of accounting, GST and TDS
Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
Valuable communication and email-writing skills
Positive telephone communication and customer-handling skills
Organized, responsible and comfortable handling multiple office activities
Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
