Diploma in IT/ECE/Computer Science/Computer/Electronics &
Communication with minimum 7 years or above experience in IT setting. Knowledge on ITIL framework is desired and shall have experience on service desk, incident management, call report &
analysis, Asset management, plant communication and server &
network functional knowledge. Experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Any degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in IT workplace.
