We are looking for an experienced QA/QC professional to join our team as a faculty member and train students in NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) at our training centre.
Responsibilities
Conduct classroom and practical sessions in NDT (UT, MPT, LPT, RT, etc.)
Train students in QA/QC, inspection procedures and industry standards
Prepare lesson plans, training materials and practical demos
Guide students for certification exams and job readiness
Evaluate student performance and maintain batch records
Coordinate with the academic team on schedules and batches
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in QA/QC or NDT
Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Metallurgy or a related field
NDT certifications (ASNT Level II or equivalent) preferred
Positive communication skills in Malayalam and English
Teaching experience is a plus, freshers with strong NDT skills may be considered
