We are looking for a qualified and empathetic Psychologist to join our healthcare team. The role involves conducting confidential one-to-one sessions with individuals, primarily focused on active listening, understanding their concerns, identifying key emotional and behavioural themes, and guiding them towards appropriate clinical support.
The Psychologist will work closely with our Ayurvedic physicians and clinical team to ensure a holistic mind-body approach to patient/visitor wellbeing.
This role requires someone who is an excellent listener, emotionally mature, non-judgmental and comfortable handling sensitive conversations with professionalism and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
