Job Highlights:

Looking for a highly proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to work directly with the CXO, drive day-to-day operational priorities, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure critical tasks and initiatives are completed within stipulated timelines. Mandatory PMO experience is required.

Coordinate daily operational activities across Delivery, HR, Sales, and Finance teams.
Track critical tasks, action items, and management priorities to ensure timely completion.
Drive scope transformation initiatives, process improvements, and operational changes.
Follow up with respective stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and close pending tasks.
Maintain action trackers, project dashboards, MIS reports, and progress updates for the CXO.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure adherence to milestones and deadlines.
Identify execution gaps,



escalate delays, and drive corrective actions.
Conduct regular follow-ups with department heads and team leads to ensure accountability.
Support the CXO in implementing strategic initiatives and translating decisions into actionable tasks.
Ensure accurate documentation, effective communication, and timely reporting of operational progress.

Competencies / Skills:
Mandatory experience in Project Management Office (PMO), project coordination, or program management.
Solid coordination, execution, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented, with a robust get-it-done attitude.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
Robust communication skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MIS reporting, and project tracking tools.
Punctual, disciplined, and comfortable working directly with CXO-level leadership.
