This is not an entry-level position. We need an experienced, confident leader to run our overnight operations, direct the night team and keep the day team on track.

Location: Candidates based in Hoshiarpur, or willing to relocate there, are preferred. You will work from home at first; the operations team will then move to our Hoshiarpur office.

What you'll do
Reply to client messages on WhatsApp and escalate questions to the team lead
Onboard current clients: create groups, share checklists and portal links
Log tasks, track IRCC requests and deadlines, and hand over to the next shift
Follow up on payments, submission confirmations and authorization letters

What you bring
3 years of experience in operations, team supervision or client service
Solid leadership: you direct a team, hold people accountable and make decisions on your own
Available for overnight shifts
Transparent, confident written English
Organized and comfortable with WhatsApp, email and Excel
Asset: Canadian immigration experience
