KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage day-to-day production operations and achieve planned targets
Plan production activities based on schedules, manpower, machinery and material availability
Supervise and guide production engineers, supervisors and shop-floor teams
Manage manpower allocation and improve shop-floor productivity
Monitor production output, cycle time, efficiency and delivery schedules
Read and interpret engineering, fabrication and assembly drawings
Coordinate with Design, Fabrication, Assembly, Quality, Stores, Purchase and Maintenance teams
Ensure smooth execution of fabrication, machining and assembly operations
Identify production bottlenecks, delays and process issues and implement corrective actions
Ensure dimensional accuracy, fit-up, welding quality and assembly standards
Reduce rejection, rework, material wastage and production downtime




Monitor and maintain daily/weekly production reports and MIS
Support timely dispatch and completion of projects as per customer requirements

Candidates with robust hands-on leadership experience in heavy engineering, Industrial equipment or fabrication will be preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
