KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and control day-to-day production activities to achieve planned production targets.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures, with particular attention to electrical systems.
Analyze production parameters and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and efficiency.
Identify process bottlenecks, especially those linked to electrical/power systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Utility, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
Monitor equipment performance and support preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical drives, motors, and panels.




Prepare production reports, shift reports, and operational MIS.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and utilities.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production losses, process deviations, and electrical equipment issues.
Implement SOPs, work instructions, and best operational practices.
Participate in commissioning, startup, shutdown, and troubleshooting activities.
Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, OEE improvement, and cost optimization initiatives.
