Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production or a relevant engineering discipline.
Experience: 10–15 years in quality assurance and quality control, preferably in stainless steel manufacturing.
Job Profile: Responsible for leading the QA/QC department, implementing and maintaining the QMS, ensuring raw material and finished product quality, managing inspections and testing, handling customer complaints and CAPA, coordinating quality audits, monitoring supplier performance, reducing rejection and rework, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
Required Skills: ISO 9001, quality audits, root-cause analysis, CAPA, stainless steel metallurgy, inspection and testing, supplier quality management, customer complaint handling and team leadership.
Pay: ₹254,000.00 - ₹1,240,000.00 per year
