We are looking for a Quality Trainee to support the Quality Department in maintaining hospital quality standards, documentation, and compliance with applicable healthcare requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing and monitoring quality standards and procedures.
Support the Quality Team in documentation and record maintenance.
Assist in collecting and analyzing quality-related data.
Conduct and support internal quality audits.
Monitor compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Assist in preparing quality reports and presentations.
Coordinate with different departments for quality improvement activities.
Support patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
Assist in preparing documents for accreditation and audits.
Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Valuable communication and documentation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Solid attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Knowledge of NABH standards is an added advantage.
