Key Responsibilities
Conduct site surveys and prepare site execution plans.
Coordinate different installation teams at site.
Supervise module mounting, inverter installation, cabling, earthing, and testing works.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, BOQ, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Track daily progress, manpower, material usage, and site issues.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, DISCOM officials, and internal teams.
Prepare DPRs, measurement sheets, checklists, and commissioning documents.
Ensure timely project completion within approved cost and quality standards.
Support testing, commissioning, net metering, and handover activities.
Provide operational or maintenance support wherever required

Required Skills




Positive knowledge of solar PV systems and EPC site execution.
Ability to read drawings, SLDs, layouts, and BOQs.
Robust site supervision and contractor coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of electrical safety, earthing, cable sizing, and protection systems.
Positive reporting, documentation, and communication skills.

Candidate Profile A responsible, practical, and hardworking engineer who can take ownership of site execution, solve problems on the ground, and ensure smooth completion of solar projects.
