Purchase Manager Faade Industry

Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement of faade materials, including aluminium sections, glass, ACP sheets, hardware, structural steel, and accessories.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive prices and favorable payment terms.
Prepare purchase orders (POs), negotiate contracts, and ensure timely material delivery to project sites.
Coordinate with project, design, site execution, accounts, and stores teams to understand material requirements.
Monitor material availability, lead times, quality, and procurement schedules.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
Compare quotations, conduct cost analysis, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure materials comply with approved specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, quotations, and procurement reports.




Handle urgent site requirements and resolve material supply issues.
Manage inventory planning and prevent material shortages or excess stock.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or a relevant engineering discipline; supply chain qualifications are an advantage.
5–8 years of experience in purchase and procurement, preferably in the faade, aluminium, glazing, ACP cladding, or construction industry.
Robust knowledge of faade materials, vendors, pricing, and procurement processes.
Proven negotiation, vendor management, cost-control, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, purchase documentation, and ERP systems.
Ability to manage multiple project requirements and meet deadlines.
Location: Hyderabad, Gachibowli.
