Arrive at the customer's home within the scheduled visit window, in Zypheal uniform, with all required assessment and treatment equipment.
Conduct an initial assessment and tailor a session plan appropriate to the booked service and the patient's condition.
Maintain accurate, timely session notes and progress tracking in the Zypheal app for every visit.
Escalate promptly to the on-call virtual doctor for any case outside your defined scope, or where a patient's condition warrants medical review.
Educate patients and families on home exercises and protected movement between visits.
Follow Zypheal’s hygiene and communication protocols,plan the service devices required for the bookings and reach the venue with proper
