Job Purpose To support the Project Head Office in day-to-day coordination, documentation, data management and assigned project activities while gaining practical exposure to healthcare project operations.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Project Head Office in preparing reports, trackers, presentations and routine project documentation.
Collect, compile and maintain data received from Operations, HR, Finance, Sales, Medical, Diagnostics, Supply Chain and other functions.
Assist in preparing MIS and follow up with concerned teams for pending information or actions.
Support coordination of meetings, prepare agendas/minutes where required and track action points.
Assist in maintaining project records, files, correspondence and other required documentation.




Support assigned project activities, process implementation and follow-up under the guidance of the reporting manager.
Coordinate with functional and cluster teams for routine information and status updates.
Assist in identifying pending tasks, exceptions and follow-up requirements and escalate them to the concerned manager.
Maintain confidentiality of project, employee, patient and business information.
Learn and follow approved project processes, systems and reporting formats.

Qualification &
Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate in any relevant discipline.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience may be considered.
