Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic Receptionist / Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, communicating with students and customers, managing enquiries, and providing front-desk support.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Attend visitors and guide students regarding courses and services.
Manage student enquiries and maintain accurate records.
Follow up with prospective students through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
Maintain daily enquiry data in Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM software.
Transfer calls to the appropriate departments and team members.




Support daily reception and administrative activities.

Required Skills
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Pleasant personality and skilled telephone etiquette.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass; graduation preferred.
Previous experience in reception, telecalling, or customer service will be an advantage.
Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply.
