We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to engage prospective clients, start meaningful sales conversations, understand their initial requirements, qualify opportunities, and generate qualified meetings for the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities include
Contact prospects through calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other outbound channels
Start conversations with business owners, founders, directors, marketing heads, and other decision-makers
Understand the prospect’s initial requirement, business challenges, and potential need for digital marketing services
Introduce relevant services and create interest in further discussion
Follow up consistently with prospects
Handle initial questions and basic objections
Qualify prospects based on requirement, interest, business fit, authority, and timeline
Book qualified meetings for the Business Development team
Re-engage previously interested or inactive prospects
Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, lead status, and next actions

Experience Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in SDR, inside sales, outbound sales, telesales, business development,



or lead qualification preferred.
