Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for Full time and C2H positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews.
Manage offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
Build a strong talent pipeline and achieve hiring targets.
Required Skills:
Experience in IT/Technical recruitment.
Hands-on experience in Full time and C2H hiring.
Good understanding of IT technologies.
Excellent sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
