Role & responsibilities
Implement and monitor health and safety policies at construction sites.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, standards, and company policies.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness sessions for workers and staff.
Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
Identify unsafe practices and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
Maintain safety documentation, inspection reports, and statutory records.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and site supervisors to address safety concerns.
Monitor work-at-height safety, scaffolding, excavation, lifting operations, and other construction activities.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with prior experience in high-rise residential or commercial construction projects will be preferred.
Practical knowledge of site safety inspections, PPE compliance, and incident reporting is desirable.
