Role Description The Safety Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Jamnagar, responsible for promoting a safe working workplace across all coating operations. This position involves monitoring safety policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory standards and company requirements. Day-to-day activities include conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits, coordinating safety training for team members, and ensuring the correct use of personal protective equipment and safety systems.

The Safety

Manager investigates incidents and near misses, maintains detailed safety records, and collaborates with operations and project teams to prevent accidents and occupational health issues. The role also requires regular communication with leadership to report safety performance, recommend improvements, and support continuous enhancement of workplace, health, and safety practices.
