Success Pact Consulting Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment function and manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, team management, client acquisition, key account management, hiring strategy, and revenue generation . The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, a business-oriented mindset, and in-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle , from sourcing to candidate placement and data validation.
Develop and implement effective hiring plans and recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
Analyze hiring requirements and provide employee hiring forecasts .
Plan and execute the selection process,
including screening calls, interviews, and technical assessments.
Use innovative and multiple sourcing techniques for hard-to-fill and niche positions .
Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and implement solutions to improve efficiency and turnaround time.
Business Development & Client Management
Generate current leads and identify opportunities for new client acquisition .
Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Prepare proposals and participate in commercial and offer negotiations .
Contribute directly to business growth and revenue generation .
Team Leadership & People Management
Lead, guide, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve business and hiring targets.
Delegate responsibilities effectively and monitor team performance.
Maintain a positive, collaborative, and open communication culture within the team.
Handle day-to-day team member concerns and grievances.
