KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure product quality at every stage of manufacturing.
Inspect fabricated components, assemblies, and finished products.
Verify dimensional accuracy as per engineering drawings and specifications.
Monitor fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly quality.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with Production, Design, Fabrication, and Assembly teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures.
