We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales supervisor to support our sales operations and ensure efficient order processing and delivery management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP, order management, dispatch scheduling, and invoice processing. This role requires solid coordination with the sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely deliveries.

Role & responsibilities:
Order Management: Handle the complete order lifecycle in SAP, including order entry, tracking, status updates, and ensuring accuracy of all data.
Dispatch Coordination: Work with logistics to schedule dispatches and ensure on-time deliveries.
GRN Handling: Process Goods Receipt Notes accurately and coordinate with the warehouse to verify received goods in SAP.
Invoice Management: Generate and issue accurate invoices as per company procedures.
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries on order status, deliveries, and invoices; resolve discrepancies promptly.




Documentation: Maintain updated records of orders, GRNs, invoices, and dispatch schedules.
Reporting: Assist in preparing reports on order status, dispatch timelines, invoice tracking, and customer feedback.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues related to orders, GRNs, invoicing, or dispatch delays.

Preferred candidate profile:
Minimum 3 years of experience, with a bachelors degree in related field.
Proficiency in SAP (order processing, GRN, invoicing, reporting).
Robust understanding of sales coordination and order management.
Experience in order processing and logistics coordination.
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Robust communication and customer-handling abilities.
Problem-solving skills to manage operational issues effectively.
Willingness to relocate to Kanchipuram.
