Role Description This full-time, in office role in Hyderabad involves managing the complete sales cycle for Greenply | Samet products, from lead generation to order closure.

Sales

Executives and Assistant Sales Managers will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and institutional clients, and conduct regular market visits.

Responsibilities include presenting product features and benefits, negotiating pricing and terms, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries. The role also includes tracking sales performance, preparing reports and forecasts, coordinating with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery, and supporting promotional activities, events, and product demonstrations. Its mandatory to maintain teponwith carpenter meets and consuct carpenter meeta on regular intervals.

Team members are expected to uphold high standards of customer service,



contribute to local market strategies, and help achieve territory sales targets.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years sales and business development experience, with experience in field sales.
Ability to conduct product presentations, across the region assigned inclusing carpenter meets, and close deals
Competence in basic sales reporting, forecasting, and use of spreadsheets or CRM tools.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Prior experience in building materials, specially hardware industry, laminates, plywood, or related industries is preferred.
Minimum of full time bachelor’s degree/ Graduation
Comfort working in an in office, field-oriented role in and around Hyderabad and other sistricts of Telangana, with readiness for travel as required.
