Reporting &
Data Management
Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain customer-wise and salesperson-wise sales records.
Monitor sales targets, achievements, pending orders, and sales performance.
Verify the accuracy of sales data entered into the company's system.
Prepare branch-wise sales performance reports for management.

B.

Sales Team

Coordination
Coordinate with BDMs, BDEs, Sales Coordinators, and Branch Managers.
Collect daily sales reports and customer visit reports from the sales team.
Follow up on pending reports and ensure timely submission.
Track planned customer visits, completed visits, and follow-up activities.
Communicate sales targets and management instructions to the concerned team members.

C. Order &
Customer Coordination
Monitor sales orders, pending orders, and order processing status.
Coordinate with the Accounts, Warehouse, and Operations departments regarding order status and stock availability.
Follow up on delayed orders and communicate updates to the sales team.
Maintain customer databases, contact details,



and sales history.
Support the sales team in resolving order-related administrative issues.

D. Payment &
Outstanding Follow-up
Coordinate with the Accounts Department to obtain customer outstanding reports.
Maintain customer-wise payment follow-up records.
Monitor overdue payments and share updates with the concerned BDMs.
Track payment commitments and follow up on pending collection reports.
Support the management in monitoring outstanding receivables and overdue accounts.

E. Documentation &
Administration
Maintain sales-related files, documents, and records.
Prepare Excel reports, presentations, and management summaries.
Ensure proper documentation of sales orders, customer communications, and follow-ups.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Perform other sales administrative duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
