Key Responsibilities
Research, design, develop, and test new products and technical solutions.
Analyze existing products and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare technical specifications, drawings, reports, and documentation.
Conduct product testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation.
Work closely with Production, Quality, Service, and other technical teams.
Identify and resolve technical issues during product development.
Support prototyping, product modifications, and improvement activities.
Maintain proper documentation of R&D; projects and test results.
Stay updated with new technologies, components, and industry developments.
Required Skills
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Positive problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
Knowledge of product development and testing processes.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings/specifications.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering/software tools.
Qualification
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / relevant engineering field.
Relevant R&D; or product development experience will be preferred.
