B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 812 years of relevant experience in construction quality assurance and quality control, preferably in large-scale building projects.
Mandatory experience in a project valued at 300 Crore or above.
Mandatory hands-on experience in high-rise building construction projects.
Solid knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, Method Statements, NCR management, and inspection documentation.
Valuable knowledge of relevant IS codes, concrete technology, structural works, waterproofing, and finishing standards.
Experience in concrete testing, material inspection, quality audits, and coordination with third-party testing agencies.
Robust communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
