Chemistry Graduate - (Formulation):
Assist in formulation and development of brake lining and brake pad compounds as per specifications.
Support weighing, mixing, and preparation of raw materials (resins, fibers, fillers, friction modifiers).
Conduct laboratory-level trials, sample preparation, and basic testing activities.
Record formulation data, test results, and observations accurately in lab sheets.
Assist in testing of friction, wear, hardness, density, and other physical properties.
Support validation trials and comparison of recent formulations with existing products.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety norms, and quality guidelines.
Coordinate with senior R&D; engineers and production teams during trials and improvements.
