DECOINN – Shri Balaji Multi Design Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Ludhiana.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, clients, architects, interior designers, and other business customers.
Promote the company’s interior and exterior surface solution products.
Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
No Sales target
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.




Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Experience in building materials, interior products, surface solutions, construction materials, or a related industry will be preferred.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Robust customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel locally for client and dealer visits when required.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills. Location: Gill Road, Janta Nagar, Ludhiana, Punjab
