About the role

Rose Residency is a recent plotted colony at Purani Chawni, Gwalior. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead plot sales from first inquiry to registry, and to build our sales team and broker network.

Responsibilities
Handle inquiries, conduct site visits, negotiate, and close sales.
Build and manage relationships with brokers, property consultants, and referral partners.
Work with marketing on campaigns, site events, and lead generation.
Guide customers through booking, agreement to sell, installments, and registry.
Coordinate with accounts, legal, and site teams on documentation, collections, and plot demarcation.
Lead and train sales executives and tele-callers.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, visits, bookings, collections, and inventory.





Requirements
Graduate in any stream (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
4–8 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in plotted colony or land sales.
Knowledge of colony approvals, RERA, guideline rates, stamp duty, and the registry process.
Robust negotiation and communication skills in Hindi, and working English.
Positive working knowledge of Excel/Sheets or a CRM for lead tracking.
Willing to work weekends, which are peak site-visit days.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
