Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales team.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance.
Handle customer queries and support the team.
Prepare sales reports and maintain records.
Train team members to improve sales and communication skills.
Requirements
Experience in sales and team handling.
Positive communication and leadership skills.
Target-oriented and problem-solving approach.
Ability to manage and motivate team members.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
