We are looking for an experienced Regional Marketing Manager with robust healthcare industry experience to drive doctor engagement and platform enrollment across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, consultants, and healthcare professionals.
Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare establishments to introduce Nextenti’s platform.
Engage with doctors and explain the benefits and features of the Nextenti platform.
Drive doctor onboarding and enrollment on the Nextenti platform.
Develop and maintain a robust network of doctors and healthcare professionals.
Identify new opportunities for increasing platform adoption among doctors.
Achieve regional targets for doctor acquisition, enrollment, and engagement.
Plan and execute regional marketing and doctor engagement activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for enrolled doctors.
Track market activities, doctor interactions, enrollments, and prepare regular reports.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the management.
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in healthcare marketing / business development / doctor engagement.
Strong experience in doctor relationship management and healthcare marketing.
Good understanding of hospitals, clinics, doctors, and the healthcare ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Robust networking and field-visit capabilities.
Target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Male candidates preferred.
