Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and builders
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate investment solutions.
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and investment opportunities.
Present projects and investment opportunities in a skilled and structured manner.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
Maintain accurate records of builder interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about sales.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven setting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
