Role & responsibilities The primary focus of this role is to serve as the contact point to support the Assignments ( Internal & External) in coordination with field team to manage objective in a pleasant, qualified, and productive manner.
Coordinate with Service Engineers by managing schedules for all Case Types.
To follow-up with the Site Not ready customers/Stakeholders until the site gets ready till 30 days.
To ensure the site preparation guidelines are communicated to customers with copy to account holders.
Triage and prioritize existing Installation Service Appointments to ensure timely response by engineers.
Preferred candidate profile -Any Graduate
-Positive Knowledge in Excel
