Role Description The Regional Sales – Textile role is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. This role involves managing and growing sales for Prepster school-wear products within the assigned region, including developing relationships with schools, distributors, and institutional buyers.

Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and product presentations, negotiating pricing and contracts, and ensuring timely order follow-up and fulfillment. The role also requires monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product positioning.



Collaboration with the production, marketing, and logistics teams is expected to support key accounts, maintain service standards, and achieve regional sales targets.

Qualifications
Robust regional sales and business development skills, with experience in textiles, apparel, or related industries.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships, manage key accounts, and negotiate effectively with institutional buyers.
Proficiency in basic sales reporting, forecasting, and use of CRM or similar tools to track pipelines and performance.
Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain product features and value propositions clearly.
Understanding of textile or garment manufacturing processes, school-wear product requirements, and quality standards is an advantage.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in the field with regular client visits and regional travel.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textiles, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Fluency in English and local languages relevant to the region; familiarity with the Hyderabad market is beneficial.
